An education partner built for public and mission-driven work
Dola Academy exists because the organizations closest to community need — counties, nonprofits, workforce boards, housing groups — rarely have the time or staff to build training programs from nothing. We supply the instructional structure so they can focus on the people they serve.

Workforce Training, Community Programs & Grant-Ready Education
Dola Academy partners with counties, nonprofits, workforce organizations, and community groups to deliver practical workforce training, career pathways, housing education, inspection learning, and grant-aligned community programs throughout North Texas and across Texas.
Our work sits in the space between a good intention and a functioning program. A commissioners court approves a workforce priority. A nonprofit wins a grant with a training component. A housing department wants residents to understand property condition before a rehabilitation push. In each case somebody has to design the curriculum, structure the cohort, deliver the instruction, support the participants, and document the progress. That is the work we do.
We are deliberately narrow about what we promise. Dola Academy is an educational provider and program-design partner. Funding decisions belong to funders. Hiring decisions belong to employers. Licensing and certification decisions belong to state agencies and credentialing bodies. Being explicit about those boundaries is what makes the rest of our claims credible.
Six principles that shape every program we build
These are not aspirational values on a wall. They are the constraints we design against, and they are the reason our program outlines tend to survive procurement and funder review.
Community opportunity
Strong partnerships
Accessible instruction
Realistic outcomes
Measurable progress
From first conversation to first cohort
A predictable sequence keeps partners in control and prevents the scope drift that quietly kills community programs.

Important: Dola Academy provides educational programs and program-development support only. We do not guarantee grant awards, employment, professional licensure, certification, or examination outcomes. Program eligibility, funding decisions, licensing, and credentialing are determined solely by the applicable agency, board, or funder.
Start with a conversation, not a contract
Bring your population, your priority, and your constraints. We will tell you honestly whether a Dola Academy program is the right fit before anyone commits.
